Peshawar Electric Supply (PESCO) is a power distribution company with headquarters located in Peshawar. They primarily focus on the service of power distribution for over 2.6 million consumers of all civil districts of Khyber Pukhtunkhwa. At PESCO networks, they own and maintain Khyber Pukhtunkhwa electricity distribution system via 132, 66, 33KV sub-transmission lines, sub-stations and 11KV & 440V low tension lines with distribution transformers that deliver electricity.

Once implemented these technology solutions will enable PESCO to improve billings, collections, and revenue management, allowing the company to be more service-oriented and focused on customer needs and improve its billings to cash cycle. PESCO will substantially reduce technical and non-technical energy losses via reductions in energy theft and power factor optimization. The project is already initiated with the fast-track user training and rollout of Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) for supporting half a million customers in the Peshawar circle. The company will also tremendously enhance HR capacity building measures, including safety, and provision of well-equipped training facilities. Along with this, the project will incorporate substantial improvement of human resource management, including the introduction of a performance-based evaluation system.
