Coca-Cola Beverages Pakistan Limited (CCBPL), holder of all manufacturing and selling rights of Coca-Cola products in Pakistan, recently awarded a project to InfoTech Pvt Ltd for Procurement of Storage Appliance for Backup. Previously, CCBPL used a distributed backup model, which hindered the estimated backup and restoration time thwarting customer expectation.

InfoTech Pvt Ltd proposed a robust solution comprising of IBM Storwize V7000 Storage equipped with 24TB usable capacity with real-time compression and fully redundant architecture. As part of the project, InfoTech will deploy IBM Spectrum Virtualize Software along with Storwize V7000 Storage. Furthermore, their existing ArcServe Backup Software will also be used in the solution.
